At HelloFresh, every meal kit packed represents the dedication and care from our hardworking team members. We see our employees as part of our extended family, and we’re passionate about creating meaningful pathways for their professional growth and success.

One way we invest in our team’s future is through education-focused programs designed to unlock new opportunities. That’s why our Culture and Engagement team proudly launched several initiatives aimed at empowering hourly associates at our distribution centers. A standout offering is our free GED Prep Program, giving employees the chance to earn the equivalent of a high school diploma at no cost.

“We believe in building strong foundations for lasting success,” shared the Culture and Engagement team. “We recognized that achieving a high school diploma can be a powerful step toward personal and professional growth, enabling our associates to reach new career milestones. This program helps eliminate any barriers and opens doors to new possibilities.”

About the GED Program:

Our free GED Prep Program, offered in partnership with leading education provider Kaplan, equips hourly team members with the tools they need to pass the GED high school equivalency exam. With this certification, employees can broaden their career prospects and pursue advancement within the company. Participants can choose between Kaplan’s flexible, self-paced online course or its interactive, live instructor-led online sessions—the only official live online preparation for the GED test.
